I mounted a heavy GPS unit to my dash using the triple cups, and the grip held firm even over rough terrain. The included suction gr—the textured rubber—keeps it locked tight without slipping.

Those three suction cups really bite down hard, and the composite base feels solid enough to hold my tablet setup securely on a slightly textured dash. The 1.5" ball locks in tight with the twist mechanism, so no wobble even on bumpy roads.

The 1.5" ball fits my RAM arm perfectly and the triple suction design feels rock solid on my windshield. I was worried about the composite base being flimsy, but it's actually rigid and the three 3.3" cups haven't budged in a week of daily driving.
