The AMPs hole pattern on the base plate made it easy to align with my existing gear—no drilling needed. I wrapped the slip joint with electrical tape as suggested, and it holds my PVC pipe securely without any wobble.

Took a while to realize the base plate uses the AMPs hole pattern, so it’s a solid fit for my existing mounts, though you’ll want tape or zip ties handy since there’s no hardware included. The PVC slip socket grips the pipe snugly once secured, and for the price, it does the job without fuss.
