The passenger side seat rail bolts lined up perfectly, so the base didn't budge an inch even on rough roads with my laptop docked. Heavy-duty steel feels solid, and it's nice that I didn't have to drill into the floor of my Caprice.

Surprisingly easy install for something this solid—the steel base has zero flex once you tighten the seat rail bolts, and it doesn't get in the way of the passenger seat's movement. I've put it through a few weeks of daily driving and the laptop stays rock steady, even over potholes.

Bolted right into the passenger seat rail bolts and it hasn't budged an inch, even on rough roads. The heavy-duty steel base feels solid underneath my laptop, and installation took maybe twenty minutes. Exactly what I needed for my Caprice.
