I mounted my fish finder on the boat dash in about 15 minutes with the included stainless steel hardware, and the knobs lock it in place so firmly that there's zero vibration even in rough chop.

The double-ball joint system lets me tilt my fish finder exactly where I need it, even in rough chop. Mounted solid with the included hardware and hasn’t budged since.

Bolted it down to the console this weekend and the D-size knobs let me tilt the screen one-handed, even mid-wave. The rubber ball joint holds my 9-inch unit dead still when I hit a wake, which is more than my old cheap mount could say.
