The 1" ball and standard double socket arm locked my Dragonfly in place perfectly, and the M6 hex bolt was already the right length for my existing mount holes. Installation took maybe ten minutes total, and I haven't had to touch it since.

The double ball arm gives me so much more adjustment range than the old single-joint mount I was using. That stainless hex bolt feels solidly installed on my boat's dash.

I was tired of my transducer cable flopping around, but this mount’s M6 hex bolt locked everything down tight on my kayak. The 2.5-inch base fits perfectly on my existing RAM plate, and the double socket arm holds my Dragonfly steady even through choppy water.
