RAM® Pod™ III Vehicle Base

The three aluminum rods feel rock solid once the base is clamped to the seat rail, and I’m glad I didn’t have to drill anything to get it fitted. Took me about ten minutes to line up the AMPs holes with my existing device holder, and now it hasn’t budged on a single bumpy drive.

The three aluminum rods feel rock solid, and being able to bolt into the seat rail without drilling was a huge selling point for me. The AMPs pattern on the base means I can swap accessories in seconds, and after a month of daily driving, there’s zero wobble.

I was a bit skeptical about the no-drill install, but it clamped onto my seat rail in under 10 minutes. The universal AMPs hole pattern on the base is handy for swapping accessories.
