The double socket arm took some work to adjust the first time, but now my GPS stays perfectly stable even on rough backroads. The 2.5 inch ball plates are solid metal and didn't strip when I tightened the bolts.

Installed this in my truck to mount a tablet, and the 1.5" double socket arm holds it steady even on rough roads without any sagging. The 2.5" ball bases fit perfectly with the AMPS pattern on my device, no adapter needed. Honestly surprised how much the vibration dampening cuts down on screen wobbl

Heavy tablet or small monitor, this thing holds it steady without drooping. The 1.5" socket arm is stiff enough that I don't worry about it sagging, and the AMPS pattern on both round plates lined up perfectly with my gear. Just wish the knobs were a bit easier to tighten when it's already mounted.
