Installed this on my Tough-Box and immediately noticed the weight difference compared to my old plate. Saves a noticeable amount of fuel over a long haul without sacrificing any strength.

I was hesitant about swapping the top plate, but the 30% weight reduction is legit—my rig feels noticeably lighter without sacrificing any durability.

Natalie C. ★★★★★ Oct 21, 2026

Installed it on my Tough-Box console this morning and was surprised at how much lighter it feels compared to the old steel plate I had — definitely noticeable when handling it. Still feels solid enough for my gear, and it fit perfectly without any extra drilling.
