That double socket arm gives you so much adjustability, I finally got my tablet positioned exactly where I need it on the truck dash without any awkward angles. The AMPS hole pattern lined up perfectly with my device holder, so installation took all of five minutes.

The RAM plate fit perfectly on my existing base, and the 2.5 inch round base feels solid and secure even with a heavy tablet mounted. I've been using it in my truck for a week now and it hasn't budged on rough roads.

The double socket arm lets me adjust my tablet exactly where I need it, even on bumpy roads. It feels solid and the AMPS plate lined up perfectly with my existing hardware.
