I was a little skeptical about mounting a laptop to the passenger seat at first, but this thing is incredibly sturdy once locked into the seat rails. The sliding adjustment lets me position the tray exactly where I need it for navigating field maps.

The seat-rail install is rock solid—no wobble even on rough dirt roads, and it sits low enough that the passenger still has legroom. I've had it a month now, and the fact that it bolts to existing hardware without drilling into the floor was a huge selling point for me.
