RAM® EZ-Strap™ Rail Mount Base

I needed a mount for an oddly shaped railing on my boat, and the adjustable strap on this base worked perfectly for diameters between half an inch and over two and a half. The pocket holds my device cradle securely once the strap is tightened.

The strap was surprisingly easy to cinch down tight on my boat's railing, and the pocket for holding the ball mount is a clever touch that keeps everything secure.

I was skeptical about the strap holding on my odd-shaped rail, but the pocket design locks my device in place without any wobble. It took me under two minutes to trim the strap to size and set it up for my 1.5-inch bar.
