The ball joint gives just the right amount of adjustability for my A70 screen, and the round base feels solidly machined. Didn't have to wrestle with misaligned holes during installation, which was a nice surprise given my shaky hands.

The pre-drilled holes lined up exactly with my A50D’s mounting points, making installation a breeze. The 2.25" ball locks in firmly with no wobble. Solid upgrade from the factory mount.

This fit perfectly on my Raymarine A70 with the pre-drilled holes lining up exactly, so the install took under five minutes. The 2.25" ball locks into my existing mount solidly and the round base feels sturdy enough for rough water. Exactly what I needed to swap out my old setup.
