The ratchet spline post arm locks tight at every angle, so I can dial in the perfect tilt without any wobble while trolling. Mounted it to my boat's vertical bulkhead in about ten minutes and it hasn't budged since. Exactly what I needed for hands-free fishing.

The ratcheting arm locks firmly at every angle, which made it easy to adjust for different boat rails. I’m impressed with how well the rod stays secure even while trolling through choppy water—no wobbling at all.

The bulkhead base mounted perfectly flat against my boat's vertical fiberglass wall with no gaps. That ratchet tilt adjustment locks in place firmly even when I'm bouncing across chop.
